I keep going back and forth on this issue.  In the context that you point
out, I wonder whether it makes sense to exclude your mail because you
replied to a mail that contained the link.  After all, your mail may very
well discuss the link itself as well as respond to someone else's
comments.    (07)

I don't have a firm opinion on this issue.  Just making my personal
