[ba-unrev-talk] HTML/PDF of Illich (w/ purple numbers)
Garold Johnson cleaned up the HTML from the Penn State version of Illich's
Tools for Conviviality. I took Garold's work, munged it into Purple, and
generated an HTML and PDF version with purple numbers: (01)
