The projects I'm involved in are successful because there are a bunch of
folks donating a little spare time when they can. I try to find areas
where I can contribute and have fun at the same time. Fun is a big deal
to me. You will never rise above mediocrity if you do not enjoy what you
are doing.
That is how I found bootstrap.org! I gravitated to the site when web
surfing and found the content to be very interesting. When the
oppurtunity to get involved popped up I jumped on it because it looked
like it would be fun. (and it has) I'm certain I'll be able to
contribute more in the future.

If a resource presents itself and it can contribute, even in a very small
way, it should not be turned away. The solution to every problem is
crystal clear to someone... trick is to get enough eyeballs looking at it
so you find the one who sees what others miss.
