Minor adjustment. I'd say that all new threads in a given domain
come to me automatically, and I can selectively ignore them.
(At the outset the "domain" would be specific to the server, but
later servers might service multiple domains.)
However, unlike email, where *every* new message constitutes a new
thread, there needs to be some limits. Maybe categories would help
here, so I could choose to ignore general categories, as well as
specific threads.
