For an XMLeditor, try Xeena from IBM, I think. This is, of course, a
schema or DTD driven editor that literally won't let you make a mistake
of structure or content - if the schema is right.
If you want some more info about how this has been developed for Web3D
as tool in the XMLization of VRML, please tell me.
