Decision-makers often require a range of innovative solutions to complex,
time-critical problems that require attack by collaborating teams of
problem-solvers. The work of such teams however may be handicapped by
problems such as distribution in time or space. Fortunately, advances in
Information Technology create new opportunities for improving the work of
such teams by reducing or eliminating many of the traditional obstacles to
    team success.

The EWall project is focused on such opportunities. EWall provides
flexibility, enhances efficiency, and stimulates innovation during the
problem-solving process, thus permitting problem solvers to work faster and
produce smarter solutions. Using EWall, problem-solvers work through a
web-based environment to collect, organize and view graphical and
contextual information. EWall comprises an integrated set of tools and
methods to deal with novel issues in Information Visualization, Information
    Communication and Information Management.
