For miscellaneous headers. I thought it would be nice to keep all header
information in the transcoded e-mail, because people will potentially want
to view that information. Yet another reason to wrap things in <header>
tags; to keep all this stuff organized and manageable.

My bad. I'll correct this and repost.

Once our DNS goes through, I'll set up a CVS repository on SourceForge and
will put stuff there.
