Okay, let's make this clear then.

The charter for this list is to discuss all things pertinent to the
development of the OHS. I'd say that includes design and implementation,
procedural issues, the OHS web site, etc. That also includes what the
purpose of this list should be. If there is an overwhelming desire to
change the charter of this list, or to create several new lists, then the
proper place to discuss that is here.

All I'm trying to say, folks, is use your best judgement. If you have a
question about the OHS or some other topic, don't be afraid to ask it,
even if you think it's naive. On the other hand, make a good faith effort
to keep the discussion relevant. When in doubt, err on the side of
sending to the list.

Is this clear, and does it sound reasonable?
