Recommendation? Many are called, but few follow....

Excuse me, Joe, but I must pummel you about the head and ears with
a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. The W3C doesn't define the standard --
the planet Earth does -- we, the unwashed masses inhabiting the WWW.

Planet Earth still chooses 3.2.
