I need to clarify my documentation. I meant the purple numbers on the
Bootstrap web site only display the hierarchical address. This is
partially because many documents on that web site do not have statement
IDs. I had Purple display both the hierarchical address and statement ID,
because the software automatically manages statement IDs, and the
statement ID is a better address for linking to dynamic documents.
