I don't know how one would go about "granularily addressing" PDF or Word
(one of the reasons I never use either for public documents), but you
*could* create an online bibliography of your available works and purple-
link the bibliography entries. In this way, the documents themselves are
at least addressable via a managed link, and it's then possible to
associate metadata with the links. Unadorned URLs are of course addresses,
but the creation of an online bibliography (including such Dublin Core
info as author, creation/revision date, version number, etc.) might assist
you and other people in keeping track of your documents.    (02)

I'm actually hoping to go through the References section of my specs
and Dublin-Core-ize them, then harvest that info into an RDF file.    (03)
