Syntactic transformation from valid HTML to well-formed XML is trivial
(though semantic transformations that also add brand-new structure and
information value may not be). Transformation from invalid but
moderately clean HTML is also usually an easy process and easily
automated: several free tools already exist for this, such as "Tidy" .
