Question about this list -- was Re: Link Types and Categories

I am now wondering what the purpose of the ohs-dev list is. At the plan for
the kickoff meeting, there was to be talk about use cases and so forth.
Now, I am seeing discussion about alternative engines, which we used to talk
about over on Unrev II. Eugene?
