I haven't used a tool like this in some time, but I think it's one of
the older applications listed with others at
http://dir.yahoo.com/Computers_and_Internet/Data_Formats/HTML/Validation_and_Checkers/.

The way things change so quickly with uni-directional links on the web,
I thought that putting it as a cron job or something like it would be
good as a tool for whoever will be editing the web pages going forward.
This is a good trick I learned awhile ago. It makes it seem like you
are effortlessly handling everything before anyone notices. ;-)
