KIF and XTM

I was involved in a lunchtime discussion over various approaches to 
integrating the various communities involved in the Semantic Web and 
potentially OHS. (Bernard Vatant, Jack Park, Stefan , Martin Lascher,
Steve Newcomb, Michel Biezunski, and myself).     (01)

Jack can perhaps better characterize the details of this lunchtime 
meeting, but out of this discussion there were a number of action items.    (02)
