– a special commemorative public event hosted by SRI International at Stanford University to celebrate and reflect upon Doug Engelbart's
vision for the future, then and now,
and the visionary breakthroughs achieved in his SRI lab in the 1960s and '70s. This celebration marks the 40th anniversary his now famous 1968 demo where he and his team at SRI first introduced their seminal work to the world.
